Inviting Students

Add students to your program from the Invite Students page. You can also re-send invitations to individual students or restrict specific students' access to PracticumFit|InternFit.

Adding Students to Programs

  1. From the Program Overview page, click Invite Students in the top toolbar.
  2. Click Invite More Students
  3. On the Create New Invites page, type an email address in the text box. To send multiple invites, enter individual email addresses on separate lines.
  4. Click Add Students to add these students to your program. 

Inviting Students 

After you add students to your program, the Invite Students page updates to display their email addresses. Each email address is assigned a unique Invite Code that the student can use to register with PracticumFit|InternFit. 

Invite students to register by sending them their Invite Codes. You can send these codes individually or in batches.

Individual Invitations

  1. On the Invite Students page, find the email address of the student you wish to invite.
  2. In the Actions column, click the envelope icon to send that student their Invite Code. 

Batch Invitations

  1. On the Invite Students page, click the Send Invitations button.
  2. When the confirmation prompt appears, click Okay to send the Invite Codes.

After you have sent an invitation to a student, the Status column updates to reflect when the Invite Code was sent.

Re-sending Invitation Codes

If a student loses or deletes their invitation email, you can re-send their Invite Code.

  1. On the Invite Students page, find the email address of the student you wish to invite.
  2. In the Actions column, click the envelope icon to re-send that student their Invite Code. 

Disabling Invitation Codes

You can remove a student's access to PracticumFit|InternFit by disabling their Invite Code before they register. This does not remove the student's email address from the program.

  1. On the Invite Students page, find the email address of the student whose Invite Code you wish to disable.
  2. In the Actions column, click the trash can icon.
  3. When the confirmation prompt opens, click Okay to disable the Invite Code linked to that email address
