Site Admins: Editing your Agency Profile

Applies to Site Administrators with BAPIC, SCAPTP

The Profile page is where you can review and update all information about your Practicum Sites, except for information about the specific tracks you are offering, which is done on the Tracks page.

If your Site Admin account allows you to manage more than one site, you can look at each Site's individual profile by selecting the drop-down arrow beside your site name.

You can preview your Site's Directory Profile on the 'Answers' tab, and input your information on the 'Edit' tab.

Hit 'Enter' on your keyboard at any time to save your answers, or scroll down to the bottom of the form and click the 'Submit' button.

You can update your Profile at any time by returning to this page.

Note that if you have not completed all required questions, your Site Profile will be displayed in the Directory with a flag marking it as incomplete. 

Each year, some entries in the directory are cleared out for updating and must be input for the upcoming training year.
